a Identification of <t>the</t> <t>cDNA</t> regions coding for the B*4002 restricted tyrosinase epitope. Tyrosinase fragments were obtained by exonuclease digestion. Fragments recognized by the specific M88-74 CTL clone are indicated with a positive sign in the right column. The positions are indicated in base pairs. Fragments were co-transfected into COS-7 cells with the appropriate <t>HLA</t> cDNA.
